The 87TH Academy Awards Governors Ball theme was an old-school Hollywood speakeasy. Thousands of photographs were sourced from the Academy’s collection and selected for use through a very detailed process in order to include all film branches and ethnicities. The photos were transformed into custom art installations and graphics ranging from 15' layered light boxes to a 90' collage wall that transformed the environment into a vintage speakeasy vibe.
